To make sure FishNet Security's engineers and analysts have access to the latest technology, the SOC has an isolated security lab equipped with all of the latest security devices/software from top-tier security vendors. This security lab enables FishNet Security to emulate their customer's security environments, and fully test new technologies, configurations, or policy changes prior to actually implementing into a customer's production environment.
Portal
FishNet Security managed services clients are kept abreast of their security posture through a secure web-based application that provides access into information portal dashboards monitoring the management and support for their security systems. The FishNet portal is designed to deliver real-time security information to customers that utilize these services. Each customer's portal dashboard is designed around their specific services under management and delivers comprehensive information and reporting.
