FishNet Security has recently been recognized by CMP Technology’s VARBusiness magazine as a winner of the VARBusiness 500 newcomer award. The distinction was given at the annual VARBusines 500 event where North America’s top technology integrators and executives were honored.

FishNet Security was chosen for its excellence in delivering security as well as consulting services. An impressive number 186 in the country, the company was recognized for its sales growth – it more than doubled its revenue from $61 million in 2005 to $139 million in 2006 with 2007 anticipated revenues of over $200 million – as well as its skill in successfully integrating two acquisitions: SiegeWorks and True North Solutions Commercial Operations. The award listing was published in the June 11 issue of the monthly business magazine that provides strategic insight for technology integrators.

In addition to the newcomer award and ranking 187 in the VARBusiness 500, FishNet Security ranked number six in the country on the 50 fastest growing VARBusiness 500 companies list.
