FishNet Security is seeking entry level engineers to assist front-line telephone support staff by aiding in product research, following up on open issues and acting as an escalation point of contact. Troubleshoot customer systems issues via the telephone and update trouble tickets in SupportLogix. Provide leadership to other Support Desk staff. Facilitate customer communication via telephone and email to follow up on open issues and to communicate status of open ticket issues. Assist Support Team Leader with day to day operations of the Support Desk.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 year college level technical degree, 4 year preferred and/or applicable work experience in a technology environment. Must hold a base level industry and product certifications or be aggressively pursuing technical certifications in internetworking and security related systems.
