Tim Elrod has been in the security industry for more than ten years. He has served as security advisor and penetration tester for financial institutions, Healthcare Organizations, Custom Software Development companies, casinos, and many more.
Mr. Elrod is well versed in penetration testing techniques as well as security vulnerability research. He has discovered previously unknown vulnerabilities in many major network operating systems as well as several enterprise applications.
Mr. Elrod has had his research featured at many security conferences across the country including Black Hat Briefings 2010 where he presented on Limited User Post Exploitation and Defcon 2011 where he presented on healthcare security issues. Tim has a broad skill set and an ability to convey technical low level security concepts in a way that is understandable by both technical and non-technical people.
